Mennonite Church Saskatchewan (MCSask) is 34 churches with some 3500 members, seeking together:

  • to build up Christ's body and serve God's kingdom here and around the world
  • to promote spiritual growth and unity of spirit among the members of the Conference and
  • to perpetuate our common Mennonite faith as a witness to the world.

We meet together to worship and discern God's will, whether deliberating in delegate sessions, celebrating in Songfests or studying in pastors' or Bible conferences. Our shared ministries include:

  • our youth organization (SMYO), camps and school (RJC)
  • resource and support services for congregations and pastors through the Pastoral Leadership and Christian Education Commissions, the Conference Minister and Youth Minister
  • service and witness ministries such as P2P (Person to Person), nursing homes and other Ministries Commission and Women in Mission initiatives
(Note that this is not an exhaustive list.)

Mennonite Church Saskatchewan partners with other area conferences to form Mennonite Church Canada, and with other national churches to form the Mennonite World Conference.

Resource Guide
Developed by the Pastoral Leadership Commission and distributed at the Pastor's Gathering. Congregations wishing to work further on sexuality questions are encouraged
to use this guide. This is primarily a description of helpful process and a
listing of readily available Mennonite resources.

Anabaptist Seed Study Guide
The introduction to this 2004 study guide explained: “We want to use this as a resource for reaffirming our common faith, for exploring further ways to apply this faith in our current contexts, and for opening ourselves to God’s call for us as a people.”

Many people were inspired by Ken Bechtel's afternoon message entitled All God's Chillun Gonna Dream. Read the Modest Proposal that Ken challenged the listeners with.
