Ministry Opportunity: Minister of Youth and Young Adult Rosthern Mennonite Church
Mennonite
Church Saskatchewan (MCSask) is 34 churches with some 3500 members,
seeking together:
to
build up Christ's body and serve God's kingdom here and around
the world
to
promote spiritual growth and unity of spirit among the members
of the Conference and
to
perpetuate our common Mennonite faith as a witness to the world.
We
meet together to worship and discern God's will, whether deliberating
in delegate sessions, celebrating in Songfests or studying in pastors'
or Bible conferences. Our shared ministries include:
our
youth organization (SMYO), camps and school (RJC)
resource
and support services for congregations and pastors through the
Pastoral Leadership and Christian Education Commissions, the Conference
Minister and Youth Minister
service
and witness ministries such as P2P (Person to Person), nursing
homes and other Ministries Commission and Women in Mission initiatives
(Note that this is not an exhaustive list.)

Anabaptist
Seed Study Guide
The introduction to this 2004 study guide explained:
We want to use this as a resource for reaffirming our common
faith, for exploring further ways to apply this faith in our current
contexts, and for opening ourselves to Gods call for us as
a people.
