Wanted: Bookkeeper / Administrative Assistant for busy office

Shekinah Retreat Centre is located in the beautiful North Saskatchewan River valley, just north of Waldheim, SK. We are looking for an experienced bookkeeper / admin assistant to help keep our office - and its inhabitants - on track.


Bookkeeping duties include tracking expenses and income, invoicing clients, tracking charitable donations, payroll, remitting deductions to CRA, and various other bookkeeping tasks.


Administrative duties include answering phones and emails, booking events at our Timber Lodge, and general office duties.


You will need to have great phone etiquette, attention to detail, and the patience of Job. This job occasionally requires you to work outside of the office.


This job is currently 20 hours / week, with the possibility of more hours starting 2020.
